Amy operates an online booking system where you can book, reschedule and manage all of your appointments in one place. If you need to make any changes to your pre booked appointments please do so via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Booking Terms & Conditions for Training Courses at UK Permanent Makeup Experts

  1. Registration and Deposit

    • To secure your booking for the Permanent Makeup (PMU) training course, a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required. This deposit guarantees your place in the course and grants you access to the full PMU course theory materials.

  2. Payment of Course Fees

    • The full course fee must be paid at least two weeks before the course start date. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in forfeiture of your place in the course and loss of the deposit.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel your enrollment in the training course, you must provide notice at least two weeks prior to the course start date. If cancellation notice is given within this timeframe, any payments made beyond the initial deposit may be refunded or credited towards a future course, at the discretion of UK Permanent Makeup Experts.

    • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the course start date, or failure to attend, will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

  4. Course Non-Refundable

    • Once enrolled, participants will have access to substantial PMU theory training materials. Due to the proprietary nature of these materials, the course fees, including the deposit, are non-refundable after access has been granted.

  5. Rescheduling by Participant

    • If you wish to reschedule your training to a later date, a request must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the originally scheduled course date. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of UK Permanent Makeup Experts.

  6. Right to Cancel or Reschedule by UK Permanent Makeup Experts

    • UK Permanent Makeup Experts reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any training course due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available course.

  7. Liability

    • UK Permanent Makeup Experts is not responsible for any personal expenses, including travel or accommodation, incurred in connection with the course participation or cancellations.
